Wordless Wednesday: Out of Darkness

Every Wednesday, all across the internet, bloggers post photographs with no words to explain them. Here is mine.

  1. Come On! Don’t be afraid…there are stepping stones in here…this is charted territory….see that moss on the rock…North…we’ll always know North. I’m not afraid, just please stop growling.

  2. When I saw your photo come up in the reader Louise, I was ready to ask if it was of Chysauster or Carn Euny, but of course from your post I can see it’s the latter 🙂 I used to live at St Just, about 3 or 4 miles from Carn Euny, a wonderful archaeological site. You’ve taken a great photo of it. Of course, you would love West Cornwall, with all of its quoits, stone circles and standing stones, all very magical and mystical 🙂

    1. You’re lucky to have lived around there. I would love to do so. I had a week’s holiday there with my parents earlier this year, and we visited as many of the ancient sites as we could. Carn Euny was one of my favourites. 🙂
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, Andy. RL has not left me with much time for blogging recently!

      1. Don’t worry about the time it took you to respond Louise, I sometimes take a few weeks to answer a comment!
You’re right about being lucky to have been brought up in West Cornwall, and I returned back there between 1998 and 2006, it’s a wonderful part of the world. I’m glad you had a wonderful time 🙂

    1. Thanks, Ali. It’s another one from your neck of the woods again! Cornwall has so many wonderful historical sites. 🙂 Sorry for taking so long to reply – RL has not left me with any time for blogging recently.
