On day 315 of 365 Days Wild I wandered along the hedgerows that line the village lanes in search of bees and insects. The blackthorn blossom seems to be the main draw for the minibeasts at the moment.
It’s wonderful to see the hedgerows starting to green up again, with new leaves unfurling all along the way. After the winter monochromes the sight of the fresh spring colour is always enough to lift the spirits.
