On day 332 of 365 Days Wild I went out for a walk in the rain.

There were just a few raindrops falling when I left the house but, as we have had an April that has been a bit short on showers, I thought I’d make the most of it and try to get a few pictures of the raindrops on the wildflowers growing on the verges and in the meadow. I hadn’t been out for long when the few raindrops multiplied into a sudden downpour. My phone ended up spending a lot of time in my pocket, safe and dry, though luckily the rain did ease enough for me to take a few photographs.

As wet as my walk ended up being, it was still a pleasant outing.

Have you been out for any walks in the rain recently? Let me know in the comments below.
Lovely images. A walk in gentle rain can be so refreshing, it is quiet, the colors are sparkling and things look different covered in water drops.
