On day 278 of 365 Days Wild I spent some time with the celandines on the grass verge beside the lane. There are lots of them out now and they’re a beautiful sight.
After photographing them I decided to do a quick sketch based on one of the pictures which I then added colour to using ink watercolour crayons. I probably ought to have spent a little longer over the leaves, but it was just a very quick sketch!
