Day 274 of 365 Days Wild was another dull, grey day outside, so I decided to brighten it up by transforming my little propagation unit back into a flower vase.
I’ve had these two cuttings sitting in the bulbs now since last summer, and, though the leaves of the baby Philodendron have turned a bit yellow (too much light, I think), they’ve both developed some great roots. These roots are now buried in compost inside plant pots.

After giving the bulbs a wash, I then picked a selection of dwarf daffodils and crocuses from the garden with which to fill them, being careful, if course, not to take too many from any one area. These flowers are now displayed on my windowledge.
