For day 59 of 365 Days Wild I went on a bug hunt in the meadow. It was a great day for it, with lots of bugs – particularly butterflies – to spot. The names of the creatures are included in the gallery, if you’d like to know what they all are.

I was actually getting a little frustrated yesterday because I’d take one photo of something and it would fly off! I was just fortunate that the majority of these first pictures were in focus and in shot (which is rare). One of the few exceptions to this was the Southern Hawker dragonfly, where I was missing the tips of its wings! I’m glad you like the pictures,Peter. Thanks for visiting. 🙂
