This post is for Adam Icke’s Six on the Sixth Challenge. For this challenge we are given six prompts and are asked to write between six and ten six word stories. We can use whichever prompts spark our imaginations. I’ve written one story for each prompt. Whilst each story stands alone they are all on a magical theme – how could I do anything else when presented with a prompt like ‘goblin’?
Goblin
Crooked figures darted out of sight.
Spit
They added the potion’s final ingredient…
Shine
Draped in veiling glamours, she shone.
Belittle
Their insults ended with stony silence.
Gape
Unchecked, the tear between realities widened.
Maintenance
Through stillness the spells were sustained.
All the sentence are great!

I like “Spit” – that sounds like a yucky potion 🙂

Thanks, Ali. 🙂 It’s not a potion I’d want to take!

Well done! I’m sure I would have had to take days, and days to come up with just a few. 🙂

I’ve found them a lot easier to write than I thought I would! Thanks for visiting. 🙂

Thanks, Aletta. 🙂 Most of my stories lately have been very mainstream – I’ve been missing the fantasy!
