This post is for the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge. This week’s prompt is It IS Easy Being Green.
The photos were taken over the allotments (community gardens) near my sister’s home in Lincoln (UK). It’s nice to have some greenery in the middle of the city.
oh so lovely! the soft blue is always a comfort to me. Been missing you Louise!

Thanks, Gina. 🙂 I’m trying to get back into regular blogging at the moment – unfortunately I keep getting distracted by TV series and books. I’ve spent far too much time lately lost in other people’s stories! I’m glad the soft blue of the evening came across for you. I can never be certain what colour pictures will appear on people’s devices. They look completely different on my Kindle than they do on my laptop!

oh thats interesting on the way it appears on different devices! I know the getting immersed in other people’s work, what are you reading now? I have been with Coelho, Kundera and John green recently and they inspire me greatly! I do miss your stories and well at least I know I have the photos you post to brighten up my week.!!

That’s a lovely scene, very “real life”. I can imagine dad going in for tea after working on his green beans (or sitting in his little shed with a newspaper and bottle of ale!) 🙂
