Many tragic things have happened as a result of someone thinking what they are about to do is a great prank…and sadly find out differently. Great story and so well compressed in a few lines.

Childish pranks gone awry can have such devastating outcomes. you wrote this so well within the 3 lines it said so much. the regret especially weighed really heavy on him.

Oh, so many kids go through this – they just can’t judge risk or consequence, that’s the problem. I hope your character didn’t do anything he has to live with for the rest of his life … Nicely down Louise
