Toadstools

little-toadstools

If you hear merriment

echoing enticingly

amidst lengthening shadows,

strands of beguilement entwining your

senses whilst sunbeams scatter like

raindrops upon fertile soil,

 look carefully: there you’ll find

ephemeral shelters emerging

for other-wordly festivities

toadstool-and-raindrops

I photographed a lot of toadstools around the meadow and in the little wooded area during September. As I had a few too many to include in the Changing Seasons post, I thought I’d share them with you today, instead.

I hope you like them.

    1. Thanks, Robyn. I love hunting for toadstools. It’s one of my favourite things about this time of year! I’m glad you like them. 🙂

  2. How adorable!! I love them and you clicked them perfectly. I’ve seen so many other pics of toadstools but none of them looked so dream like and from an enchanted world!! 😀
