Dark Clouds

Dark Clouds Gather

dark clouds gather,

brooding promise of stormy days

ahead

*

fear tangles clutching tendrils

in your chest

*

breathe

*

just breathe

 *

look for the

bright horizon, for the glimpse

 of sun

through clouds

*

remember

the light will continue to shine,

even when hidden from

 view

  1. That’s a beautiful picture! And your poem goes perfectly with it, like the light after the storm

  2. Beautiful words, and a lovely photo. Whereabouts is it? It’s the sort of place I like to visit and sit for a while. The clouds make it look very dramatic.
