New Growth

Today I foolishly went out for a walk without my camera. I only wanted to stretch my legs and get a breath of fresh air before getting back to my writing, but I soon regretted leaving it behind. I found all the new growth and Spring flowers quite captivating. Luckily, for once, I had remembered to take my phone along with me and I was soon pulling it out to take pictures. As I’m sure you can imagine, my walk ended up taking a lot longer than I’d planned. Hopefully I’ll be heading out along the same route again some time this week – and this time I’ll be taking my proper camera with me!

All the shots in the gallery were taken on my phone camera – a Samsung Galaxy S4.

    1. Thank you! They take particularly good close-ups. I’d only used it for more distant shots before and they were always a bit ‘meh’. I’m glad you like them. 🙂

  1. Beautiful! Gorgeous! Lucious! I hope you keep this post in mind because I am working on a post that relates. Nice shots! Trying to catch up with all my emails….medical stuff slowed me down.
