2015 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 16,000 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 6 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Thank you very much to everyone who’s visited, liked and / or commented on my blog over the last year. I appreciate every single one of you. 🙂 I’ve had a wonderful year, joining in with lots of flash fiction and photography challenges and discovering lots of wonderful blogs and lovely bloggers on the way. I hope 2016 is just as good.

Unfortunately I probably won’t be as active on my blog over the next few months as I have been in the past. My main resolution this year is to complete and publish the novel I wrote during NaNoWriMo, which at the moment is a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, with lots of pieces in random positions and several large holes! This means that the next few months need to be spent editing. I do plan to still join in with the occasional challenge but I won’t be around as much as I have been in the past.

Happy New Year everyone. May 2016 be wonderful for you all. 😀

  1. I look forward to reading your book. Don’t have a kindle or iPad, but hopefully somewhere along the year we hope to change that.
Then perhaps I can catch up with all the books I’ve missed.

    1. Thanks, Chioma. 🙂 I’ve just bought a new kindle – their price has recently dropped quite dramatically. My old one was refusing to recharge and I was lost without it! There are so many good books out there to read.
